  • In recent years, the Technology Park has undergone a large growth, mainly focused on the municipality of Derio.

The construction of Buildings 805 (Adirondack and Sindosa) and 809 (Euskaltel) was added to the construction of the previously built buildings.

Building 700 was finished, which is currently occupied by the Labein Technology Centre.

On the other hand, work was started on the expansion of Building 201 in Zamudio, and the Aretxarte Hotel – Restaurant Aretxarte (Building 200) was opened in July.
