In 2000, Buildings 100 and 194 on each side of the Social Club (102) were under construction. After the summer, Building 226 was finished and housed the management premises of the Euskaltel network.

The Aerospace Technology Centre (303) started its activity. Little by little, the Technology Park was extended. In Derio, work on Buildings 700 (Ericsson), 803 (Informática de Euskadi) and 802 (PCI) started. The Gaminiz Restaurant, run by Aitor Elizegi, started its activity in October.

In recent years, the Technology Park has undergone a large growth, mainly focused on the municipality of Derio.
