Building 205 started to be built in 1993, at the same time as the preparation of the ground where Building 207 would be located. Work on Building 206 ended at the beginning of that year, and businesses started to settle into their new offices, as with Building 208. Building 204 was exclusively devoted to the European Software Institute, and activity also started in Building 202, the head office of Robotiker and Gaiker.
