Year 1990




  • Development work in the second sector and ITP area. Start of the excavation of Buildings 106, 107 and 300.
  • Construction of Building 200, to be occupied by ITP.
  • View of Building 101, Sociedad Parque Tecnológico, S.A.’s head office.
  • Start of work on Building 201, which would be extended 10 years later.
  • Restoration of the Gastaxtu farmhouse, converted into the Social Club (102).
  • Activities in the Park started in Building 108 (Indelec at that moment).
  • Aerial view of Building 103 finished.
  • Aerial view of Building 105 finished.

During 1990, the second sector building work was started and the TIP area, starting the excavations of Buildings 106, 201 and 300, future ITP head office. The end of Building 101, head office of the Sociedad Parque Tecnológico de Bizkaia, S.A. was concluded. The Gastatxu Farmhouse was renovated and converted into the Social Building (Building 102). Activities in the Park started in Building 108 (Indelec).
