Erictel expands capital and takes over 75% of Owasys

Erictel has taken over 75% of the company, Owasys, following a capital increase which not only provides the company with liquidity but also involves Erictel in the strengthening of the current business plan and in the definition of the future strategic lines of Owasys.

Owasys, founded in July 2002 with former employees from the Ericsson-Bilbao Technology Centre, is already working on the launch of new products for the last quarter of 2009 and the start of 2010, one of which is directed at domestic wireless telephony and another at telemetry and remote control.
